Hi,

This is Mahesh Waghamare. My Phone number is 9833148135. My caller identification is cancelled since last 1 month. Whenever, anybody calls me, I get it as unknown (No number or name). I am getting lot of missed calles as well as blank calls. I do not know who is trying to test my patience. I am already suffering from my personal issues and this one adds to it. I would request you to active my caller identification or send me the detail list of missed called, attended calls and black calles with date and time. My patience level is decreasing. If required, I will commit suicide and put a note that I am doing it due to the kind of service and trouble that I am getting from you and your company.

This is Mahesh Waghamare. My phone number is 9833148135. I am using this number since last 4-5 years. I got an sms stating, "Pls submit your documents". I have 2 flats one at Mulund and 1 at Virar. Currently, I am residing at Virar but the Sim card is of Mumbai. Hence, I came to Mulund to submit the documents. Your executive has checked the documents and my number and said that the number belongs to your mother. Hence, she needs to come to the store to submit the documents. My mother is residing at my village. She cannnot come to Mumbai because the climate does not suit her and doctor suggested to stay at village. I am using this number since last 4-5 years. Whenever, I call your support number they ask for my details and I provide my details and not my mothers details. And after providing my details they assist me. If the number belong to my mother then why do you guys assisted me after providing my details. How do your realise that the number belongs to my mother after 4-5 years? Were you sleeping for 4-5 years?
Now, my outgoing calls are stopped and Caller identification is also deactivated. Please let me know if you could start caller identification and outgoing calls within a day. Please reply today because if you are not ready to start caller identification and outgoing calls then I can move the some other subscribers such as Airtel, Dolphin, Tata Indicom etc. I deal in shares and without phone it is impossible for me to trade in stock market.
Note: I have replied to your SMS last week on 6789 and 6790 but did not receive any call. It seems that you do not belive in customer satisfaction. Please issue n number of Sim cards to terrorists and pls trouble geniune customers like me.

Please reply asap. So that I can decide my action plan.

non-activation of mobile
I am holder of vodafone mobile no. 9899135227 for the last five years. It was post paid and later on converted into pre-paid. Afew days back I got a message regarding submission of some records, as per DOT norms.I submitted the required documents at Sector 18, Noida office at 14.30 hrs on 04.09.10. Since06.09.10, I contacted many vodafone officials on helpline 9811098110 &111.After consuming my lot of time, nobody helped me. Some assured me that it will be activated soon, some advised me to visit Sector 18 Noida office again.I visited the office on 07.09.10. I met Mr Abhishek at PAY-IN counter.He replied rudely, and told that I may close the connection if I wish.I took appointment no.209 and met Sonum who assured me that my no. will be activated by 11.30 on 08.09.10 but this time i.e.15.45 hrs mobile has not been activated.
May I ASK, IS IT not a harrassment of customers?, When my mobile will be re-activated?, Will somebody be held responsible for such callous, irresponsible, heinous and consumer-repulsive attitude?
At last, I request the authorised management to activate the mobile without delay and not to harass the customers otherwise they will not have any alternative but to close the connections and sue the Company.

cheating and more cheating
the vodafone customer service JMD gardens at gurgaon is so bad that they ae almost evil. the staff get joy in cheating and making foos of the customers. especiall a guy called abhishek gawd he is inhuman. wish the company would train him to wipe the smirk he has when someone finishes dealing with him. a typical scoundrel. he just cant be dealing with customers. no way..

Non Provision of roaming in saudi arabia by vodafone
The company failed to provide roaming in saudi arabia after topping up with sufficient money and following all technical and procedural guidelines, the phone calls, faxes, mails, all went un answered and everytime we visited personally no responsible person came forward and replied. It is a pathetic brand do not believe what they say. If anyone needs proof all documents are available.

change of scheme - with prise rewards
I am the customer of vodafone with the number of 9899129141, using the service for long and got an offer from vodafone saying on switching my service from prepaid to post paid i will be getting some reward prises like dvd/watch etc.

i switched from prepaid to post paid immidiately and till now i am not geting the delivery of gifts, on my frequent enquiry there is no proper response and my call getting avoided with false answers

i request you to take note of this matter and do the needful for me.

deactivating SMS pack
i have a vodafone prepaid connection for i want get the SMS pack deactivated.i have tried all the options from my mobile and have called customer care for more than 20 times.stil the thing is not done.

money deduction without cause
My cantact no. is 9780975974 and my complaint is that vodafone deducted Rs.30 (twice) without any cause.
I strongly recommend that-:

I want that they refund my money, i am totally disturbed by the vodafone service...

VODAFONE is only a FRAUD COMPANY nothing else. There mind set now a days is to replace Hutch posters etc with the new vodafone.

My personal openion now is ONLY BSNL in India is providing the best services rest ALL ARE USELESS, Government Organizations are even better than Vodafone.

I strongly recommend that NoOne should go for their CHEAP & ROUGH Services else you will get your money to the DUSTBIN.

Deduction of Money from Balance & poor customer service
I am a customer of Vodafone since last three years. Yesterday (23/08/09) evening at around 5pm to 6pm I received a call from Vodafone, offering hello Tune / caller tune. During that call I heard the offer and after a while I disconnected the call without pressing any key for acceptance of those offers. But within an hour I found that caller tune has been activated in my mobile and Rs. 45 has been deducted from my balance.

Immediately after that I called to Vodafone customer care. A lady received the call (I can’t remember her name right now). On hearing my problem she forced me to accept that I made a mistake during that promotional call and by mistake I might have accepted that offer, which was totally wrong. Instead of listening to my problem, she insisted to force me to accept the incident as my own mistake. But as a responsible person and a long time user of mobile phone, I know how to use it. I know which button I may have to press for accepting something and which button to not accepting that. After a long argument I asked her to forward the call to some of her seniors. She forwarded the call to Mr. Soumya Mitra.

Conversation with him was a terrible experience for me. Seating on such responsible post he don’t at all the value of that. Instead of giving or suggesting any help or solution to me, he just started joking with my elder brother. This type of silly response is not at all expected from a service provider like Vodafone.

Now I want refund of money (i.e. Rs. 45) deducted from my account for caller tune and also want to discontinue with the service of caller tune.

This is very unfortunate and disappointing for any customer to receive such type offers forcefully and after that having a poor experience of customer support.
