Unnecessary Charges
I am Manoj Jangra residential Chandigarh. My no. is 8054489494. I want to complaint against the Vodafone co. of unnecessary deduction of my Mobile Balance. Co.'s CCE working in Mohali are not giving proper details and help. Even they are not taling properly.
All CCE's View are not matching.
One saying different talks and another saying different.
I am an Unemployed Graduate please help me
this deduction of money is happened 2nd time with me.

Addition internet charges
I had activated vodafone live with Rs. 95. for free surfing for one month.
During that period I have not activated any other package. or not downloaded chagable songes, videos etc.
Still daily Rs. 5 are geting deducted from my balance from last 20 days.
I need justice for this

Bad network
I have been using vodafone post paid since 4 months and did not find it to solve mine network problem in my area.
I am living in Dange, thergoan area and vodafone has worst network there.
worst condition i faced on 13-15 march 2010, call discount, call discount in between conversation and busy network.

deduction of balance after providing value added service without request
I am a customer of Vodafone since last three years( 9888258111). Today (12/03/10) morning at around 10 am I checked my account balance and found that Rs.30 had been deducted from my account and caller tune service activated by u without my request. I try to call 111 for enquiry but no response provided. Now I want refund of money (i.e. Rs. 30) deducted from my account for caller tune and also want to discontinue with the service of caller tune. It was happened 5 th time with me.
This is very unfortunate and disappointing for any customer to receive such type offers forcefully and after that having a poor experience of customer support. Now I think that I should the service provider.I m very harrased with this type of poor service.

Misguide and unnecessary taking money....
Hii.. Whom so ever it may concern.
I m Pankaj Chaudhari, From Badlapur, Mumbai, Dist-Thane, Maharashtra, India.
I had a postpaid, two, connnections in my wife's name Mrs. Yugandhara P Chaudhari. the connection which my wife is using had all the time problems like unnecessarily adding of amount which we had not used. I complainint several time to the call center, but not an serious action is been taken.
We pay the bill in time and before the due date, but the posting by the internal admin staff is not proper. these staff make the posting of my cheques in some others account and some others account cheque is been posted our account, which is been bounce and they charge the fine for us. Inspite of bringing these problem in there consideration, still the fine is not reverse and been shown in my account. I asked them to give my return cheque or the slip which bank provides with the return cheque mentioning the reason of cheque return they had not answerfor these. Call center guys are replying to contact the gallery but there is no gallery in our town. If vodafone is not cappable or cannot afforde the gallary for our city then why did the sell there connections in our area. And secondly there are huge number of connection in this area, but still they do not taking it seriously. Voda has arrange an mini store but the store incharge is not so active and the store has not such rights provided. They had a limit.
I also had a second connection in which I am paying the excess amount to vodafone. If I would a defaulter then would I had paid excess amount these people?
I called severall times to Mr. Krishnamuty the top incharge, but his assitant has not taken any action on my complaint.
Nowadays, Vodafone has starting collecting the monies on toll free numbers without informing the customer.

Disgusting Service
I have the corporate Blackberry unlimited service (Rs 899/-) on my
number and every time I browse it increases the unbilled amount and this
is eating up my credit limit. This in turn gives me irritating messages
when I try to place a call. I tried to call up customer care to
enhance the credit limit on the account, customer care team is of
no help. I must say Vodafone customer care team is EXCEPTIONALLY Stupid, AMAZINGLY Dumb and RIDICULOUSLY Helpless and HOPELESS.
I tried to explain them this situation and they only hear the word
credit enhancement and tell me to make an advance payment or a caution
deposit without listening or trying to understanding the problem.
so I REALLY DONT SEE WHY I WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS TROUBLE.
These guys are not ashamed of cheating customers with their ILLEGAL and UNETHEICAL business practices??? This is how theyreward their customer for being loyal to a ridiculous service provider for ever since they started their operations in Hyderabad?
This county needs some serious law changes where customer can actuall file law suits on such IRRESPONSIBLE companys and make sure they come down to their feet set an example for other such company’s.

billing
Vodafone billing is disgusting charge extreme prices claiming that you went over yuor minutes when infact balance enquires tell you otherwise. Then a bill comes saying it cost over £280 completely unjustifiable warnig any other vodafone customers better look at other comapnies.

convert Postpaid to Prepaid
Hello! I am Anurag Goel and just mailing you for your information that i have been using Vodafone Post paid connection (+91-9999795243) since last 2 years. Now i am not in a position to use and hence i want it to be converted into Prepaid. i have visited Vodafone Store 5-6 times. Everytime they keep their procedure. Now Ms. Vandana from Vodafone Store-Navyug Market Ghaziabad told me that " You are using ello 299 pay per second plan and your number will be converted to prepaid after your billing cycle as we dont have data of per second call and request you to come on 12th January 2010". My Billing Cycle is 10th of every month . I want to know that when i will go on 12th athen again she can put the same question that 2 days have been passed and we dont have any data of per second call. what should i do in this case.
I will be highly glad to know your response well in time
