Complaint Details:
its a very long story of bad treatment from all the departments of vodafone to solve an easy tichnical problem in mms service, and evrey time i ask any one to help me to solve it i got nothing but high ignorance form all departments including the complain department.
and finaly i found all my outgoing calls suspended for no reasonable reason, although i already told them befor that i wont pay any bill unless they inform me the reason of that ignnorance and the treatment that i faced before.

you will vote "shame on Vodafone" when you hear my beef:
my service was cut off after I paid in person over $120 at a Vodafone cashier in town - they gave me 24 hours to do so, 12 days before my bill was even issued... this after paying on time for a year ...
In ref. to my complaints 7845170 and 8772571 going back 7 months now, manager Oana Coarfa interpreted the contract for me: "Vodafone has the right to do that with only hours of notice" and sorry for temporary denial of service "but we are still professionals" and denied me cancellation of contract - but i live in Romania where it seems contract terms are different ... as for exampe: "we have 30 working days to respond"
knowing that customers in other countries are treated like animals how could you work for Vodafone and still look in the mirror ? - if you work for them, please erase my records, i just want to leave!!!

NUMBER DISCONNECTED ON UNAUTHORISED PERSON COMPLAINTS
MY NAME IS ANAND, I HAVE 2 VODAFONE CONNECTION IN HARYANA, FROM YESTERDAY MY BOTH NO. ARE DISCONNECTED . WHEN I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT MY BOTH NO. ARE DISCONNECTED DUE TO SOMEBODY CALL THEM AND INFORM THAT MY BOTH NO. HAVE BEEN LOST, PLEASE DISCONNECT THESE NUMBERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE DISCONNECT MY BOTH NUMBERS WITHOUT ANY WRITTEN INFORMATION AND WITHOUT CONFERMATION THAT THE PERSON WHO GAVE THESE INFORMATION TO THEM IS THE PERSON TO WHOME THOSE NUMBERS WERE ISSUED . WHEN I ASKED THAT EXECUTIVE THE DETAIL OF THAT PERSON WHO CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR DISCONNECT MY NUMBER THE EXECUTIVE ADVICE ME THAT FIRST OF ALL I HAVE TO INFORM IN POLICE STATION AND TAKE THE COPY OF FIR AND DEPOSIT THAT COPY IN VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE CENTR THEN I ASKED THAT EXECUTE THAT DO U TAKE THE COPY OF FIR AT THE TIME OF DISCONNECTING MY NO. HE RELPY THAT THERE IS NO PROVISION OF FIR AT THE TIME OF DISCONNECTING NUMBER AND IF I WANT TO START THAT NUMERS I HAVE TO GIVE MY ID PROOF AGAIN . I ASK THAT EXECUTIVE IF I HAVE THE DETAIL OF CHIEF MINISTER MOBILE NO. CAN I STOP THAT NO. ONLY BY GIVING THE DETAIL ON TELEPHONE ON THIS ANSWER HE REPLY THAT IT CAN'T POSSIBLE, IF IT CANT POSSIBLE THEN WHYMY NUMBER ARE DISCONNETED ONLY ON TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION... ?????????????

Giving less talk value on ERecharge
Dear Sir,
I had recharge my Vodafone Mobile No. 9823111294 with Rs. 225/- vide transaction ID MH09204803248 on 14.01.2010 .
I done my recharge on a shop in Pune & i was told to get full talk time by customer care if vodafone on its no. 111.
After recharge i could get only Rs.113.74 for paying Rs.225/- to the Vodafone.
I want to know that what is the logic for paying 50% amount while i was expecting full talk time.
Kindly do the necessary.

So, I kindly request you to don't use of online recharges from vodafone online recharging some times it will not working properly.

network problem
I have been using vodafone n suffiring through a lot network problem n i have made complaints number of time but nothing yet happened in my favor, so im seriously irritated with the vodafone network.<br />
So if the company can help its customer then please help this problem out im suffering with it from past few months.
