its a very long story of bad treatment from all the departments of vodafone to solve an easy tichnical problem in mms service, and evrey time i ask any one to help me to solve it i got nothing but high ignorance form all departments including the complain department.
and finaly i found all my outgoing calls suspended for no reasonable reason, although i already told them befor that i wont pay any bill unless they inform me the reason of that ignnorance and the treatment that i faced before.
