refund
i had applied for vodafone billing card and they had told me that i will recieve the card in three days but it took more than fifteen days .After receving the card they told the card will be activated in three days but after ten days also the card was not activated . then i told i want the refund and still thier is no response from thier side .

Wrong Commitment From Company Side
My Self Komal Dogra my Mob. no is (9953553621 Prepaid)
I'm using Vodafone Service from last 5 years and I'm using this no. from last 2 years.
I was satisfied with all the service of Vodafone.
But on 21st June 2009 onwards I'm facing too much of Problem. On 21st June I got a call to change no from Prepaid to Postpaid.
I was committed byby your executive that I'll get free unlimited outgoing call on 1 particular no.(But it must be local mobile no.) and monthly rental of Rs. 249+S.T. I took that and used it without any tension. And at the middle of month I have changed the mob no. (9278518857). And at the end of month I got a bill of Rs. 958.82 1 month bill (281.81)+(100) late Payment Charges 2 month.
Plz. tell me what should I do. I don't get any help and co-operation from Customer Care and they are threatning me that we'll put a case on you. I'm a student. What should I do. U can check in my bill only there will be maximum callson no 9811940669 and 9278518857.
I fell helpless from your Custamer Care side and franchise. Plz. help me.

recharge not done
I got my phone recharge on 28/8/09 around 2:30 in afternoon through internet banking(icici bank).Recharge amount is Rs 400 and bill id is 000117557150.i talked to customer care but they are not capable of solving my problem infact their behaviour is not at all good they kept my phone hold for 20mins and the disconnected my phone.Another girl name leena told me that she will forward my complaint furthera nd will message me my complaint number but she didnt and i am still waiting.one thing more is that on vodafone site it shows that fill talktime available on rsp 400 and 222 and the customer care people keep on denying that recharge of 400 is not possible, what is this cant they see their own site or they considered other person as fool or illeterate.i want my money refund and in future in dont want to continue with vodafone and will change my number soon.

Security deposit refund
Hi
I have done a security deposit of Rs.3000 in vodafone for two postpaid connection to activate national roaming. At the time of deposit it was told to me that it will be refunded I deactivate the roaming. My national roaming dint worked when I was out of Karnataka and the charges were enormous for poor service. i deactivated my both connections they and they informed I will get refund deposit by cheque. This happened in March and so far they are not returning my security . Its more than six months that I'm visiting Vodafone store in Indiranagar Bangalore, and they are not refunding my security and every time they have some excuse. I am fed up of the Vodafone now. Please advice if anyone can help me on this issue.

Vodafone Prepaid Complaints - Bonus card 21 not activated
I activated bonus card 21, once the SMS is sent 21 rupees got deduted, but service is not activated. I called customer care they said I have to wait for 24 hrs, i waited till 1week but it didnt happen. I called customer care many times no proper response. The raised complaint twice, nothing happened even after 1 week . Customer care disconnecting the call abrubptly. What can be done.
Can i file a public welfare case against them . It is really frustating. I can easily change my service provider but i want to do something about this. Vodafone SUCKS.

They stop service before inform me , I am loosing my job .
My name Bhupendra kumar dadsena i had taken vodafone connection from IBM location 3 months before that time i done my all formalities i paid my bill continue 2 months after that i changed my residential address so i inform the vodafone customer care and they ask me to send mail with my new address which i already sent to that vodafone customer care After that also they disconnect my connection without inform me, no single massage from them . I am working in IBM India private limited and that day i was on ON call support for IBM support team, Today my manager is asking for resignation, they are telling why u r mobile was switch off yesterday so who will responsible for this thing. Till now my mobile is switch off, its showing your Sim card registration failed.
and they are not ready to listen anything . please do needful for me .

vodafone service sucks
recharged my vodafone cell with sms card of 35,
after that got a msg "your msg service will be activated within 4 hrs".
but now it's going to get two days, got no response.
tried vodafone customer care "9811098110" and even there, no customer care exectuive is picking call.
seriously, vodafone services sucks.

disconnecting the service
Hi,
i am a vodafone customer and my no. is 9819477420.
Vodafone official visited our office and offered vodafone corporate plan. i accepted the plan and requested for a change.
after the change of plan the company suddenly disconnected my service saying your address derails need to be submitted again and till the time you don't submit the same we will not start the service.
i have been using this no. since vodafone was maxtouch and this is the treat been met to me.
no body bothered to tell me in advance that my service will be disconnected. over and above this their call centre people don't talk to you properly, as if we are being given the service free of cost.
This is highly irresponsible on the part of vodafone.
I am now planning to change the service provider.
