Pre-paid balance deduction
I am a vodafone cust from past 2yrs and on july 30th rs.69 was deducted from my a/c for the service which i have not activated and when called the cust care it was pathatic service what they provioded and they hung up when requested for supervisor and and the SR# is 1127489238 and the issue is not sorted out. It was one of the worst service from vodafone.

Vodafone WCC 148 not working
Hi,

I have done the recharge of Rs.148 throught Etop up for the WCC option on 26th, Still I am not able to use the service. Even after repeated calls to the customer care they are not able to give a proper solution.

So guys I would say that don't use this WCC 148 option from Vodafone. They are taking the money but not allowing us to use service.

UNABLE TO MAKE CALL IN ONE STD NUMBER
ME FROM KERALA WHEN I AM MAKING CALL TO ONE PARTICULAR NUMBER OF RELIANCE CDMA. THEN I AM GETTING MESSAGE THAT PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALLED . EVEN I KNOW THAT I HAVE ADD ZERO BEFORE MAKING A CALL I AM DOING SAME BUT AGAIN I AM GETTING THAT ERROR. NOT ONLY FROM MY NUMBER IN MY FAMILY MEMBER WE HOLE ARE USING THE VODAFONE SIM SINCE LAST 2 YRS. THE SAME ERROR APPLED ON ALL THE NUMBER. WHEN I CONTACT TO CUSTMER CARE THEN THEY REGISTERED THE COMPLIANT AND TOLD ME THAT WE WILL SOLVE UR PROBLEM WITH IN 48 HRS, IT HAS BEEN SOLVED. BUT AFTER THREE DAYS ITS COMES TO IN SAME CONDITION I AM UNABLE TO MAKE A CALL AGAIN, ONCE AGAIN I HAVE CALLED TO CUSTMER CARE THEN THEY SAID ITS UR PHONE PROBLEM. ON THEIR RESPONSE I HAVE TOLD HIM THAT I MY FAMILY EVERY ONE IS USING THE VODAFONE AND RHEY ALL ARE ARISING WITH SAME PROBLEM. THEN THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM AND SAID THAT SORRY WE CAN NOT HELP YOU IN THIS MATTER AND YOUR PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
SO THATS A RESPONSE OF CUSTOMER CARE. THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING MY COMPAINT. IN THIS MATTER WHAT WE HAVE TO DO. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN HELP ME THEN PLEASE CONTACT ME IN MY EMAIL ID [email protected]

2 times dedection
As i have recharged for rs.105 on 22-july-2009 at around 8.45pm in that CT charges is been dedected as per monthly rental, but the next day afternoon i checked my balance it has been dedected again 30 rs. this is for what purpose i didn't know.. i registered the complaint on 23-july-2009 but still i didn't get any response why? .. my service registration no. is 1120154406...

Fault service
Hi,
I am mrityunjay ravi. My mobile number is 9742873721. I had activated my missed call service on 27-july-2009 at 11:00AM then I got a message your service is activated and charges this service is 30RS per month. Further I checked account balance my account, there will not be reduce 30RS. Then I further deactivated this service on 27-july-2009 at 11:01AM by the message on my account and I got a message missed call service deactivated. Again I checked my account balance there will be deduct 30Rs on my account balance. I have complained so many times in customer care service but they cannot take responce as well as complained their register. When I call again customer care service on 28-july-2009 at 10:55 AM, they told me you cannot use this service because your service is deactivated but your 30Rs amount not added in your balance. This is the fault but they cannot be registered complain yet by the requested again and again.
