charged for calls & texts abroad that i never sent
i have recently received my mobile phone bill and noticed that i have been charged for numerous calls to and texts messages sent to a number in california! i never made the calls or sent the texts nor do i know anybody there (i wish i did so we can go there for holidays)!but the mobile phone company insisted that there is no doubt the calls were made from my handset and during different times. i don't really want to pay for those call charges i never made and so i asked if i could have the bill reviewed. she said no! i then suggested if it is at all possible that my sim has been cloned or copied at some point without me knowing, the lady insisted that cloning a sim card is impossible nowadays because they have sophisticated software to detect this. i suggested that they investigate the matter but still insisted for me to settle the bill. anyone out there in the same situation?

false bill
To Whomever Corcened,
I, Mr Ramesh Parsekar own 5 vodfone numbers according to the family plan. I have applied for discontinuation for four numbers and have informed the vodafone gallery an dalso sent a fax as well as informmed on telephone to disconnect the numbers four months back.
The Vodafone service has not yet disconnected the numbers so and I have been charged unnecessirily for the rental of the three numbers for four months. Do check the bill as per my usage and send me a new fresh bill or a cedit note as soon as possible.
Number to be disconnected -9833540527 also was to be disconected but the bill is still being generated for past four months.
Do look into the matter and send me a reply on my contact number.

Rechage facitilily not getting
hello sir,
i had rechaged with 90 rupees in which local calls wil be charged 50paise and STD cals will be charged 1 rupee but i m not getting benefit even still i m charged with for local calls 1 rup and for STDs 1.50 rup.I have already made so many calls to customer care but no action is taking place.Only complaint is registered.

No vodafone signals
No vodafone signals
My office is in masjid moth, uday park, new delhi, but there are no signal at all of vodafone, only airtel works here. all vodafone connection in my office are dead, this place is a commercial area even then the connection does not work, my no is 9899445847(postpaid), pls help or i should also discontinue...

Respected Sir,
I want to tell you about our senior Mohit Mahrotra and R.M. They never give any support. They always make us absent and always give mental tension and always dominate us. They never think about the maintenance of vms because in our vms the computer, inverter, light and A.C. are not working. No stocks and Handset are available in our vms. Instead of these problem they never give any support. Plz. Tell me sir due to this problem how can we increase the sale and how can we give a better service to our subscribers. They never think about the problem of vms they only want sale but they never think about the facility of vms which they need to give us. Whenever we tell about the problem of vms to our seniour then they never give any response to us and they rebuke us. We are only C.C.E. but here we have to do every work. All senior know about our problem but they never do anything. All CCE afraid that’s why we are not mentioning our name. sir if you want to check our problem then you can do by sending here any person. If any C.C.E told about the problem of vms then senior fired them from their job e.g. Preeti from royal comm..alld. Vipin from Ashirwad comm.. alld. Roli from Ashirwad comm. Alld. Santosh from Ashirwad comm. and are also many C.C.E.s.

since 4days has been passed of the lost vodafone post paid sim, i got another one from anasal plaza store, New delhi which is not activated till now my lost sim num(9899408677)

poor services
I am a new Vodafone User.I bought a corporate connection through TCS, Mumbai.The credit limit which i was provided with was Rs. 500.I contacted their customer care 5-6 times and everytime i called them to get my credit limit increased, everytime i used to get a new answer.Sometimes i was asked to send an sms, sometimes to write a mail, sometimes they told me that once the verification would be done it would automatically get increased but that did not happen.Once the person came for verification i asked him when would the credit limit be increased and how much, i was told within 1-2 days and it would be increased to a minimum of 1500-2000.Again i called their customer care and nothing happened.
I was goin to my hometown so i mailed them not to disconnect my phone in any circumstance and told them that since my bill has not yet been generated i am submitting a token amount of Rs.500 and again asked them to increase my credit limit.I submitted Rs.500 on 23rd december, 2008 and went on roaming on 24th decmber, 2008.Till the bill was not generated the fone was working fine but on 29th december, 2008 i was not getting any access to the network.At about 6p.m i went to their store in Jaipur(Gaurav Tower) to ask them the problem, I was told to wait for half an hour after which they would revert back to me.I did not gat any response from them till 7:30 and finally i again went to them and was shocked to see that nothing was done and they were serving other customers.Again the person told me to wait for sometime and then he started mailings somebody.Finally i had to approach the Store incharge for help.She finally came to know after half an hour that my bill was generated on 28th which i had not received yet at my home, no sms, no mail and the bill was 1140 out of which they had deducted 500 after which the left amount was Rs. 640 and which exceeded my credit limit by 40Rs. so they disconnected my sim.
What are the services they are providing to the people are unpredictable.Even a layman would get a credit limit of atleast 1000 and this is what they say as corporate connection.How would I come to know that what is my bill amount and I informed these people that i would be in roaming during that time.Who would compensate for all my office loss?

Incomplete information
Well let me come straight to the point ...Last month(12-nov-08) I recharged my mobile for 150 rs (full talktime) &on 12-dec-08 inspite of not using all the currecy vodafone took back the money which i had'nt used .I called up the customer service & enquired & the answer I got was that the talk time was valid for only 1 month... after which even if i dint use they would take back the money .. well my point of justification is that if the company had informed me that this is how the offer works then i would'nt have recharged for 150( i knew about this only after I lost my money)the company is looting customers by withholding information..when i spoke to one of the team leaders in the customer service department when i asked the customer service individual to escalate the call... the answer I got was "it is a marketing stratergy that they use by not letting customers know that there is a validity for 150Rs recharge(of 1 month)... very disgusting...the person also said that i need to call up customer service before recharging everytime ...impractical..I would appreciate if vodafone stops doIng such things... as they need to realise there are people in this country who value their hard earned money, & who know what to do with their money..no one is deciding how much a customer's talktime validity is after he has paid the money..please avoid such Cheap Tricks!!!

wcc not activated
I am a prepaid customer of vodafone, on 10 dec.08 I bought a WCC of Rs 110.I followed all the instructions but tariff is not activated. Serial no of card is84839811.Please help and activate the card as soon as possible my no is 9888818914.
