cheating with bonus card
Dear sir,
I am harshal M K from chennai my vodafone number is 9962063687, i have put one bonus card to reduce my std rate. I put card at 7.12Pm on 31/03/08 i got the activation meesage from 140 with transaction ID CH759088612.
Beliving that it will be got activated i made calles after 2 hr to my family and all, and loose my money as it did not got activated, when i call customer care they also dont know when it will get activate.
Now all i can say is this is the worst, bad and poor mobile network i ever have.
Please dont cheat the customer like this..

Vodafone bills being received in spite of deactivation of the number
Sir/Madam,
I have arrived United States in the month of October '07. My Dad has submitted de-activation of my number 9885326175 after clearing all my outstanding bills in the Month of November '07 as i was not using this number any more. I have sent an email as well after clearing the the amount of de-activation of my number in the Month of November '07.In spite of all this i have been receiving bills till date even after several compliants given.
Being in US it is not possible for me to contact in person and get this resolved.My dad has been following up but no one from Vodafone (Begumpet- Hyderbad) are taking corrective actions on this.
As a pro active action, all my outstanding bills till 8th November 2007 have been cleared and also submitted a request through mail and in person (My Dad), but no action has been taken and bills have been sent till date.
Please help me to lodge a complaint agaist vodafone on this regard.I'm not responsible for payment of these bills as there is no mistake my my end. I do have my mails as proof to submit.

my mob number is 9923365721.i have never demand for astrology service but i charged for it.spoke to cs department they said ur service activated through net.i never use net for it. pl. guide

Incorrect billing!
Vodafone Co. is a cheat, a real rogue. I had deposited a cheque against my mobile bill. They informed that the cheque had bounced and levied a charge of Rs.100/- as penalty. I issued a fresh cheque and demanded the bounced cheque back but did not return it. Subsequently they got that cheque also encashed and did not reverse the penalty and did not respond to my mails also.
Now I had an annual Plan with annual rental of Rs.499/- which expired in January, 2008. They inquired whether I shall continue with the same plan to which I replied in affirmative. But the bill for the month of February, 2008 indicate a monthly rent of Rs.149/-. They maintain that this was an inadvertent error but sent the bill for March also indicating rental as Rs.149/- p.m.
How one can describe them? Cheats, Rogues.

Consumer service and lack of privacy!
I have complain about your service in Turkey. I just talk to a supervisor (or I told so) and they claim that, they have no responsibility about my number or service privacy. Thay gave my number to some association and they make me their member without my permission. That association (CE TECH.) is also related with vodafone they reach my number through vodafone. Morover, when I talk to your consumer service in Turkey they claim that, they can not do anything about informing me for the danger of those association and protect my privacy for their ill-will. I lost money(meter-kontör) because of that association and when check internet I find my other complain with same subject. The consumer service told me those thing can happen and not very odd, and there can be no legal consequences to vodafone because they are not responsible for my privacy. The conversation with the consumer service are recorded and I ask for the record to present it as an evidence because I decided to take lagel terms against Vodafone and that other association. I am really disappointed by your service and your ignorance especially when I told all my number (I have 5line) to the consumer service they underestimated my profile as an consumer to vodafone because I think other association is a much more important consumer than me. But I will not give up this business because it is not that cheap to make fool of people. I will also suit you because nothing happen before I got my service form Telsim but after Vodafone buy Telsim there is an increase in complains and I am not happy from your service. I have been using this service for more than 10 years and after vodafone even the consumer service did not serve me. A man, who is a team leader, even do not bother listen to me, but I see you guarantee many service in your website. So where is your service to me? I want to see you or your Turkey section to be punished and I will not give up before I see that. I hope you change your attitude to consumer and take necessary measures both in your headquarter and in Turkey.

refund money
Sir..
A fraud has been committed with me by the Vodafone cellular company by telling a wrong plan. A sum of Rs. 300 was asked as security which i had deposited with the Vodafone executive and collected the receipt. I canceled the application for this after the verification call told me the correct plan. Now my money is not been refunded and I am asked to wait for month or go to Vodafone centers with the receipt to collect the refund. Moreover no help is provided by the customer care centers also.

change of caller tune without permission
My no. is 9899660242.I am just fed up with their service.This has happened a no. of times.without my request,company will introduce some c/tune,charge for it and would not react through SMS as it is programed not to accept reply messages.After repeated attempts they do not pick up their phone.This day light robbery happening to us and we feel so helpless! Can any one suggest how to set them right?

On 16/02/08 morning hrs i enquired related to reduce the STD calls charges with the customercare i was informed of Rs54,but the CSR didnot inform me that it would not work on life time,as a CSR he is sitting to help the Customers but not to give wrong info,as i was not aware of it so i made a E-recharge of Rs54 but i was unable to use the facility of,so i thought of getting this issue in front of u so that i will be helpful,i need the complete explanation related to the issue.
Iam life time member of number bearing +919985110123,had been charged wrongly for the call made on 16/02/2008 at noon time around 2.20pm-2.45pm.it was an STD call to mumbai RIM number.The call duration was for 557sec's,as per tariff i should be charged 2.65prmin,but i was charged 27.50ps for the call,related this issue when i made a call to customercare twice but i was not helpful atall and a CSR put me on hold for more than 15mins without any feedback and the call got disconnected from your side.
