Non refund of money
representative of Global Direct, Lower Parel Mumbai who are DSA of Hutch approached for booking, accordingly advance was givento them. They failed to either provide a connection or refund . After one year on 15.6.06 vide receipt No.03648 they again promised a connection in lieu of previous booking. They failed to provide it also. Requests for refund have fallen on deaf ears. Company says to contact their Manager Mr. Amit Roy (9820888508) who does not pick up the phone . I have not got neither refund nor connection.

Poor service
I have been facing network inconvenience since july, 2007.
Inspite of several complaints I have not received any worthwhile response and still face severe network problems. I have 3 vodafone connections at home and many important business calls are received on these phones. My calls are dropped, voices get cut and sometimes cell comes unreachable too. Vodafone has made no assurances as to how and when they whill give me a permanent solution to this problem. I was promised extra netwrok antenna as a temporary solution. But now Im even being denied those.
This is just the beginning of Vodafone in India and its already made a bad first impression.
Sometimes, the first impression is the last.

Excessive telemarketing
This is the number of Shruti or Shilpi +919886683025.
Their job is to call on behalf of Vodafone in Bangalore and bother customers of other operators to take vodafone connection.
They are also good in giving missed calls. I am fed up of these calls. I have already blacklisted this number, but somehow these people find other numbers to call again and again.

post paid service
Sir
I was using hutch prepaid connection, i got a call from customer care agent for the request to change my prepaid connection to post paid connection to save the call charges...i agreed but they never explain the plan properly..and now my call services are blocked due to my credit limit..i was never told about that...i asked to customer care then they told me to pay a part of amount bill..then i pay Rs.500/- as bill payment on 25/10/07 at 4.00pm around and i was told that they will activate my number in two hrs..but till now my number has not been activated....now i am quit unsatisfied with your service and want to discontinue the service...please tell me the procedure for the same...my phone number is 9811812347.

Unsolicited messages from 573330100 RediffBol
I have been receiving unsolicited messages from 573330100 (from RediffBol messenger) from somebody called Shikha, who claims to know me and keep asking me "How are you tonite? Message me back." and stuff. I think this is a well organized fraud to fleece customers by having them send SMSes which might be chargeable at a higher rate than normal. I replied only once and still the subsequent message contents were vague. Vodafone should investigate this and catch the culprit.

No response against complaint
I got registered myself on Vodafone website for accessing my account details to manage the same, but inspite of getting user ID & password i was not able to access the account. When lodged complaint i was told within a day or two it will be solved. By then i have launched six complaints but problem still persists, it shows the attitude of the company towards its customer. Not siting any thing beyond commercial benefits.
I am switching over from Vodafone & request you all too do so.

Vodafone activated a service "vodafone alerts" on my mobile without my permission
Dear sir
Vodafine activated a service named "vodafone alerts" without my permission. I did not send any request for the activation of this service.
I talked to the customer care executive, he told to deactivate the service but not to refund the deducted amount back.
