VODAFONE.

This is Vijay Badiger which am using postpaid connection from February 2011. Before am a Vodafone Customer since from Four (4) years. and on Feb 20 th one guy had called from Vodafone postpaid and tarrif plan for standard 199 corporate plan..
he said on this plan
600 min free
after that
v v 20 p
other 30 p
and per day 300 SMS free..

and on that time I had asked him 4-5 times is about this tariff detais. Then he only suggested me to take post paid connection.

But now what happen vodafone customer care peoples telling am not having daily 300 SMS and per sms will be charged 50p.

THIS IS CHEATING to customer. as giving wrong information about tariff plains.
AND VODAFONE BILL IS ALSO NOT MATCHING WITH HOW MUCH AM USED. AND ITS MUCH MORE ITS CAME.
SO PLEASE CHANGE MY PLAN TO POST TO PREPAID WHICH AM USING EARLIER.
AM HAPPY WITH MY EARLIER TARIFF PLAN.

BEFORE U PEOPLE CHEATED ME GIVING WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT TARIFF PLAN.

i received a msg on 19.02.2011 informing that i have won 1, 000, 000 pounds in the on-going msn/yahoo lottery held in Uk to claim prize contact Dr. Micheal via email [[email protected]], i want to know if it is true or just a fake . pliz help me.

Vodafone never is able to answer a call on their customer service number in a reasonable time. They have used automated answering systems and outsourced their operator services to the lowest paid countries on earth, but are still too stingy to hire enough third world staff to answer their calls in a timely manner. In contrast to the miserly way they invest in customer service, they have created a system of charging that would make mobster shylocking activities seem genteel. The cream of the jest is that the internet service works intermitently at best.

Sub: Regarding an Interview & Miscommunications

Dear Sir/Madam

This is to inform you that I have appeared for an Interview recently with Vodafone and I met Ms. Jagruti on 5th February 2011 at the First round of Interview with the reference of Ethos Management and Consultants Ref: Mr. Kartik Trivedi., but as an internationally qualified i was said by Ms. Jagruti that she was not sure whether the qualification would be ok or not and she needs to confirm with the department and i was asked to come back again with my Graduation Documents Clear copy on 7th February 2011 and appear for Interview. I did came there and I had an Interview with concerned person along with madam which I dont remember the name but i was said by him that i am shortlisted i will be called. I got a call from consultant on the 8th February 2011 that I was not selected as per his office updates. Now i came in again to see Ms Jagruti on the 9th Feb 2011 today at 12.00pm and waited there for almost till 1.15pm but was not attended now There is something wrong going on with me and I dont want all this My dignity, Respect, and Honesty is affected by You people and If i was challenged that As i am Internationally Qualified I am not eligible for the job than I am going Legally on to you. I have called Ms. Jagruti several times to confirm whats going on she never answered my call and even i sent text message but no reply, now people come at 11 oclock for the interviews at your place and no one even comes and looks at them till 12.30 thats ridiculous because we get called at 11 oclock for interviews and while asking your security they says concerned person are not answering their phones and we have to wait. I want to know is this kind of a joke Which you think that you should go away with this. I want an Explanation about the frustration caused me in written & I am going to take this matter Internationally I have contacts worldwide, I can get this into MEDIA as well and LEGALLY. I hope this makes clear whats happening down in the HR and Interviews and What is been faced by Innocents and all who have some hope from VODAFONE.

I spoke to the customer of Vodafone india. He told me to recharge worth R.s 299 and the Blackberry services will be activated . then i spoke to another customer care agent he told me it will be activated in 2 hours . i waited for 3 hours. The Services were not activated . i called them back he told me that there is no such plan. Heb told me to talk to ther customer care, he then transfered to customer care which put me on hold for more than 21 minutes . and then the call get disconnnected .when i checked out the the 299 recharge it is for world calling
