i cant send any sms why i dont know, when i buy my number, that time i can send sms to my friend, but now i cant sent to them.i complained costomer care but they did'nt give me write answer, and i want caller tune on my number also .so how to get a new song of hollywood, bollywood, album .please inform to me about this callertune & sms.

unwanted delay in migration services
On 20th September 2010, I applied for migration from post-paid to pre-paid and the Executives of Vodafone promised for such a switch within 48 hours. Surprisingly, without activating the pre-paid service my in-coming calls were barred thus causing inconvenience to every the callers and the receiver. Till today, despite the visits to the local Vodafone Store in Panjim and talks with the Customer Care Executives of Vodafone nothing is happening. Nobody seems to care for the customers. Very Very poor service... Vodafone is taking the customers for granted...

Tele marketing SMS despite of DND activation
Despite of DND activated, i continuously receive SPAM messages regarding sale purchase from different companies. I don't want any such unsolicited messages. I have filed my complaint several time to my service provider "Vodafone" but no action is taken so far.

signal strength
Dear sir,

This is kind request, from past 1 month we are not getting vadafone signal, this is very hard even to change sim card to other one.Regarding the same i given 3 times complaints to the customer care 198, and not getting any responce.

My quetions is is this possible to get the solution for this, send an E mail to me.Below is the address where issue is happening.

Charges
I went to Carphone warehouse in April 2007 and took out a Vodafone contract for one year at £30 per month. In March 2008 I received a call asking if I would like to upgrade and take a contract for another year, it was to be a better phone one snag it would be for £35 per month but if I took the phone that day I would receive £75 back at the end of the contract. I was ill in bed at the time and just wanted to be left alone but I did take the year extension (or so I thought). I received the phone which when it came was of a similar type to the one I had been paying £30 for and I was not very happy. I had also at the start of the contract taken insurance for £9 per month. Three months after taking the extension I lost my phone, I reported it to the police got an incident number and contacted Vodafone straight away as per instructions. I was not given any information or support and thought naively that I would get another phone or at least a SIM card. I waited and when I phoned my insurance they wanted a £50 excess which I was not aware of. I have a company mobile so I just thought I would not bother as I was so fed up with the service. I then tried to cancel my service and was told I would have to pay until the end of the contract which they were now saying was an 18 month extension (I had nothing in writing and felt a fool). I was left paying a direct debit of £35 + V.A.T. per month and wrote and cancelled again in January 2010 so that they had their formal notice. I stopped my direct debit in April 2010 and since then it has been a nightmare. They have "mislaid" letters, told me I had to pay even more, denied offering the £75 which I have never received and are now saying I still have £60+ to pay and have passed my name to a debt collection agency. I have phoned emailed but received very conflicting information and have lost all sense of reason. What do I do now????

Vodafone steal money from my debit card
Vodafone steal money from my debit card. I paid my phone bill through my debit card in Jayanagar branch on 13th of July 2010 and later I checked my account balance/statement on the same day and found out that they took twice the amount (2 transaction with same amount), I went to the same Vodafone store and complain regarding the same.. they said the money will be credited back to my account in the next day and give me his name (Vijay) and cellphone number but the next day he did not call me or received my calls and again I went to another Vodafone office to complain for the same.. nothing happens ... I think I lost my money...

Getting numerous calls from telemarketers
I have been registered with the National Do Not Call Registry for the last 4 years and do not want telemarketers to call me. In spite of me informing vodafone of the same, i continue to get numerous calls from telemarketers.

Vodafone is a complete fraud not even the customer care is worthy of talking to
I have a postpaid connection with vodafone from 22nd of march and i ahave faced innumerable issues like erratic network unreliable customer care and what not .I have a cug plan active on my no and I have a credit limit of Rs 2000.The system of vodafone is as such they charge me the regular 1.30 per min for a std call but my plan says its 50 paisa .so effectively my credit limit is rs 1000 as same is true for other services like sms etc.Now as i am a high volume user I had to leave kolkata on 9th of april for ranchi and i made an interim payment to keep my connection from being barred .I discovered that my sim registration is failing upon reaching ranchi.Since than till this day i am not able to use my cell due to the same .Then on 13 of aprill coming back to kolkata i could not get my cell, i called up the customer care from a freinds number, I was told that my sim card has been reported lost on saturday .I was aghast as I was not aware of any such call made by me .I feel my id proofs are being misused or the customer care are doing a terrible job .Now on 14 of april when I didnt get any feed back from customer care after being promised so, I called them up and they told me that i had asked for a upgrade on credit limit and on 2nd of april they tried to contact me and as they couldnt they suspended my number on 10th of april !!! I have never experienced such filthy service from Airtell for the last 5 years and regret being the customer of such a unreliable organisation, right on the brink of fraud..vodafone is a complete fraud not even the customer care is worthy of talking to.
