hen I call to some vodafone no. which has caller tune enabled, the caller tune automatically gets copied on my no
I have problem with my Vodafone connection from last 2 months. When I call to some vodafone no. which has caller tune enabled, the caller tune automatically gets copied on my no. and I am charged Rs.30/month for that. I deactivated the facility but after 2 hours it was automatically activated by service provider. This happened to me second times in 2 months. This way they are earning money and make consumers fool.

Awful treatment by Vodafone manager
I filed a request to Vodafone Store abt excess payment of my Vodafone bill and requested them to credit it bck to my credit card and i was informed that i would take 7 days to process the request, which whn checked on the 7th day no report was actually registered, The complaint here is when i was trying to follow Vodafone care nos they only put the customer on hold for almost 45 min and when asked for the manager the phone was disconnected by the agent. Also re visited the Vodafone Powai shop and instead of apologizing for the mistake of not processing the complaint i was ill treated by the manager telling me that i made a mistake of paying extra and its not their responsibility and instead if expediting the process they have asked me to wait for more 15 days.

regarding activation
Hi,
I had purchased a post paid Vodafone connection from the south extention store on Sunday, july the 25th.
I was assured that the connection would be activated within four hours of buying the connection, however it has still not been activated.
The number I have been allotted is 09999029291.
If u can please look in to the matter and see what can be done I’ll be highly grateful.

non refund of security deposit even after 2 months
PURCHASED NO. 9999926027 VODAFONE POSTPAID NO. FROM MOBILE STORE.THE NO. GOT ACTIVATED IN PREPAID & WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE CONVERTED IN POSTPAID IN 2 DAYS BUT GOT DEACTIVATED THE NEXT DAY & WAS ASKED TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS AGAIN BY VODAFONE EXECUTIVES
BUT EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN AT MOBILE STORE & EVEN EMAILED TO VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE THE NUMBER DIDNT GOT ACTIVATED NOR THEY REFUNDING THE SECURITY DEPOSIT & MAKING FALSE EXCUSES THAT ITS A PREPAID NUMBER NOW

activation of GPRS
I do purchase a new nokia handset model (Nokia6700), it is 3G mobile. I have vodafone connection. I want to activate vodafone live, but settings are not supported. I had calling many times to the customer care. charges also apply for the conversation with the customer care.its very costly for me.after doing lot of complaints, my GPRS is not working..please solve my problem as soon as possible.plz activate my vodafone live.

Conversion from Postpaid to Prepaid
Hello,
I am using my postpaid connection bearing mob no 9742655538 form last one year and now a days i am finding prepaid is much more better than Postpaid.
and i thought of converting form Postpaid to prepaid. I had been to Vodafone outlet alomost three to four times and called n number of times to Vodafone customer care nuber, written n number of mails to customer care but till today I am getting only one answer " WE ARE VERY HAPPY TO HELP YOU' (which is unfortunately not matching with the way they are working) and allways they say Sir, we are working on the same issue we will intimate to you once we done.
My question is, when it is possible to convert from Prepaid to Postpaid why postpaid to prepaid is not possible.
Now in the last call Customer care xecutive said, sir may be in one month we will do it.
Now i will wait for another month and if Migration is not done i will use to maximum extent and throw the SIM without paying even single paisa. than i will see what they can do for me.
Dear friends,
only sollution we can do for these type of service providers is, use the service to the maximum extent untill they disconnect and go for other service provider whichh you like.
because we have n number of choices in telecom sector.

irresponsible behaviour
My no. is 9953709426 and my name is VARUN KUMAR.
i would like to say that i have some problems with your services.
1) I cannot talk to customer care from my no. they have forwarded my request but services have not been activated on my no.
it's been two days and they say it take maximum of 24 hrs.
2) I have activated your services of 2 GB free internet surfing and recharge my no. with 95 Rs. on 1june and till now my service have not been activated my 3 days have gone waste. Italked to customer care from other no. and they say service is activated on my no. and i can surf net on my no. but my balance got deducted.
So I think my problem should be resolved as soon as possible so that I should refer someone to your services.
