Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have been using my connection since four years. Problem is started when Hutch is converted into vodafone. They are not able to provide services. I have made many complaint regarding network problem but they are not able to solve it.
Now, They have restricted my outgoing call even I have made payment regularly. They have included 1391.90 rs. as misc/ credit charges in my bill amount. I asked them many times details for this amount, but they are not able to provide me complete detaisl. Now after restriction when I called them and asked for details they are saying, first you pay this amount then they will send me details.
I am really frusted with the service provided by vodafone. They are not ready to listen my concern.
