cse dont know how to talk with customers.
I am using 2 vodafone postpaid no.s. But now i m planning to shift to airtel due to useless comments on customers by the vodafone CSE. I am from LUDHIANA, PUNJAB. And this complaint is regarding the vodafone store in SARABHA NAGAR, LUDHIANA. CSE in vodafone store LUDHIANA named GURDEEP, is not having any manners how to talk with customers. She said "why you are coming to store after every 3 days. You have been taken out from home by your parents".
Please, kindly pay attention towards the complaint.

refund-security deposit
i am having post paid connection, viz., 9873089699 and completed 1 year. at the time of taking the no. i was told that security dep.of 250/-refundable after expiry of 6 months.now customercare is telling that after the disconnection of number only security dep. shallbe refunded.this only implies that how different is the attitude at the time of marketing the product n attitude after selling the same.

Stupid Vodafone
I have paid all the times my bill amount full.Sincve i have to come to USA, i personally went to Vodafone office koramangala and settled the amount & filling the closure form too.My bill will be generating at 28 of every month i have closed at 26th of that month(may 2009).So I confirmed with supervisor that would i have to pay for the rest 3 days.But he replied, its not required since you have deposit amount more that ur bill.We ll deduct it.But after few months i got call from my home@bangalore that they have sent police to collect the money.In the meantime i too have a conversation with vodafone cuastomer care via mail, i didnt get much response and details, so i tried to reach their bullshit customer care number from USA, i couldnt reach them.It was in the hold for more than 5 hrs. This is very radiculkous to me to face the police and all.
And i was searching a friend to visit vodafone office to collect details and settle money, i couldnt that time.Because everyone was busy with their office work.Time difference too for me. Last time i had airtel connection i didnt face problem like this.But this vodafone is very very very worst, especially treating the customer.
I was very good customer, i have paid more than 7000 rupees per month bill at right time when i was INDIA.I dont want to face this issue, so i personally visited and settled the amount before starting from india.
Hereby i m requesting everyone, dont go to Vodafone.Please be with prepaid connection or go to some other postpaid.
Vodafone is very worst company, and they dont have proper network also.I faced that problem also.If i m in client place HSR layout. i diodnt get any call at all.No network.If i m inside of my home, i wont get signal at all.
Very very worst comapany and rpesentatives those who are in Indranagar office and koramangala office are waste people.
Please change to connection to someother

Vodafone Fraud bill :- My
Dear sir/ madam,
1. I have been using Vodafone postpaid Connection from the last 3 years. My No is:- 9833100624
2. I paid my last month bill on Date: 02-07-2009 and Time: 18:56:45, of Rs.2065/- from my Credit-Card, and after 2 hours my Outgoing service is activated.
And my Bill Pay Transaction Id is: PR-1-20090702177,
Bill Pay Location:-Vodafone Store Prabhadevi 1,
3. My Postpaid plane Monthly Rental is Rs.250, this is group plan and Other Call Charge is (50Paise Per-Minute), My Vodafone Mobile Credit Limit of Rs.2500/-.
4. Date: 02-07-2009:-
After all this thing I have made call to my group number this is absolutely free for me, and some other numbers also, and then in the Night I checked my bill is Rs.2/-
5. Date: 03-07-2009:-
In the morning I make one call to this Vodafone no: - 9819561298 for one minute only, at 10:30am. and I checked my bill is Rs.102/.
Then I call to (111) customer care and ask to Vodafone Executive why my bill amount is showing Rs.102/-, this guy told me I can’t help you because when your bill is generated then we can explain you why this is happened with your No...
And after that I didn’t call to any number from my Mobile because we don’t allowed more call in office timing, after few hours again I checked my bill at 2:05pm. and my bill was Rs.304/-. I shocked when I saw Rs.304/-. I directly go to nearest Prabhadevi Vodafone Store for doing complaint about my problem and I took 1-Token & go to talk with Vodafone Executive
(Mr. Rakesh), this guy told me same thing, I can’t help you because when your bill is Generate then we can explain you, why this is happened with your Number. If it’s our mistake or bill showing wrong amount in your bill account, then your money will automatic credit in your account. I told him ok no problem.
6. Date: 04-07-2009:-
From the past TWO DAYS, I thought my bill is coming SO HIGH without my using.
Today also this problem with Vodafone, I am facing. Now the new exorbitant problem came to me, my outgoing call is deactivated and when I spoke to Customer-Care about it, they just used to tell me that, YOUR OUTGOING CALL HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED BECAUSE OF YOUR BILL AMOUNT OF Rs.9, 909/- “I SHOKED when I hear this amount”.
I tell to Vodafone executive How Come my bill is Rs.9, 909/- BECAUSE MY Vodafone Mobile Credit Limit is Rs.2500/-.
7. I don’t think any mobile Company will give more Outgoing call services to any customers for more then his credit limit. It’s FRAUD WITH ME.
8. PLEASE HELP ME WHAT CAN I DO. NOW I HAVE TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED MY NUMBER FROM VODAFONE STORE.
9. Please take action on it within 5 days, otherwise only one option I am thinking of, and that's to LEAVE THE MY ALL VODAFONE NUMBERS PERMANENTLY.

not activated even after 10 days
Hi,
I have migrated to post paid from prepaid 10 days bak.I was told the post paid connection would be activated in 24 hours.For today it has been 10 days but no activation has been done.when i tried to reach voafone no body is concerned.i even tried to call the person who collected the documents and 300 rs deposit.but in vain.I have tried every possibilities from my side.i call these people 15 times a day but no body is bother to respond.
