I have made compliant 2 times for refund of Rs. 50/- which is not given by you till date. I request you to please check you all the details from your computer system Dated 24-04-2011 in my mobile number. I am not subscribe any service frm my side.but i receved a sms for subscription of game services, but i never sebscribed this.I have not received any balance from vodafone. I think that you are not interested to slove the problem of your customer. therefore you do call me after my two complaints means. i very disopointed with ur company...properly and refund my all the balance.

money is very important for me, so pz check properly.

I request you please call me because my 111 and 198 also blocked by you already.

i was checking my balance of my vodafone no. at the same point of view i got a sms "your caller tune service request has been recieved wait for confirmation sms" my e mail i.d is " [email protected]" if any authority wanna know the contact no. on which balance has been deducted plz mail me then i ll reply.my alternate no. is +919017273711.
i ll appreciate your coperation if the appropriate action vl be taken to refund my balance

i am using vodafone no. 9620094174. with this no. i asked activate DO NOT DISTURB service. but still this service is not activated. unvanted calls & sms are still coming on my phone. the great service provided by them is. prohibition. yes, still they are prohibeted my calls & sms to costomer care. i wanted gprs & vl settings urgently. so they are verymuch irritating .

I am facing this problem since long and not able to call the numbers (STD _ LL) in spite of launching complaint for the 1st lime it was confirmed that the problem is resolved but unfortunately it remains the same.



Again on 14th April my self personally launched a complaint as mentioned above, till date it is not resolved.



You are kindly requested to look in to the matter and resolve the problem causing great difficulty to me.
