My name is Naveen from Andhra pradesh. I would like to complaint u about the worst worst worst customer care service of the vodafone network. I had given a complaint to the vodafone customer care people regarding the missed call alert service and I am not able to contact them by the toll free number 111 and 9885098850 so I intimated them by going to there customer care center these 2 issues they said isssue will be resolved in 2 days. my first complaint is on 22july till the date the issue was not resolved I am going every 2 days and informing them issue was not resolved but they are saying the issue was resolved i am saying the issue was not resolved they says it was resolved with out providing me the service they deducted the mothly rental for the service also. I am very much frustated by that service. I cant go to there place every time and contact them what os the service they are providing to the customer. Vodafone is in a place which can not offer a minimum support to the customers using there network.
I hope U can help me in this issue. I cant change my network because it is my business number.
