Blackberry
My blackberry, along with other electronic items and the suitcase was stolen from a hotel in Bilaspur (Himachal) on 13th June2011. The imei no is 359485025791807. Please if some one can help me to find.

FIR lodged, but the police is also waiting for the imei tracking. Vodaphone does not want to give any information about my blackberry to me. They would give the information to only police. What to do, whom to ask for the help?

MISS BEHAVE (HARRASHMENT)
Respected Sir,
I have a SIM of Pre-Paid Connection and a regular customer of VODAPHONE
From last five years .but last Friday night Rs 400/- deduct from my prepaid balance. And I am regularly touch (From Saturday morning 04/06/2011) with the customer care officer and near
Franchise (Mini Store) to find out the causes of amount deduction but no Responsible answer found from the customer care side and near VODAPHONE FRANCISE Shashi Garden Mayur Vihar Ph-1 Delhi-91.The In charge of VODAPHONE Mr. Aadil who is a very Irresponsible person and his office timing is starting from 11:30 AM and not giving a proper reply (Data not Find) from last Saturday. And the other person who is sitting there for bill submitting says you can launch our complaint and can change your service Provider.

And at last I call (Dial) 100 No Delhi Police for these behaviors. Then Mr. Aadil (In charge of Mini Store) come to the office and find out the causes of Balance Reduction frequently.

After all that I am not satisfy from your services and also with your concerned officials. Basically yours officials are unable to resolve the problem, Mr. Aadil Resolve my problem with the Pressure of Delhi Police.

And finally I want to change my service provider and also launch complaint in Consumer Cell for Harassments.

pathetic services
Vodaphone is a very bad services provider, i took vodaphone connection last month and get 95 top up to start internet services, i call to customer care to get GPRS and MMS services settings they are not giving proper answer, when again i call to customer care it is not connecting and there is no other way to reach to customer care people, more then 20 time i called to customer care but it not connecting, If in 24 hour i ll not get all internet setting, i ll made n number of complained of Vodaphone at all the complain website...

phone fraud
I have a $20 phone plan with vodaphone. I was recently contacted by them and told that I owed $167.50 for the month. After telling them I have a $20 plan they went on to say that the charges were premier charges for a gaming site-3rd party. I told them that I was a victim of fraud and to do something, they haven't and still to this day, the person useing my number is able to rack up credit on my phone. The 3rd party told Vodaphone that the IP address of the person using my phone is not me or lives no where near me yet still Vodaphone refuse to act, I have reported to police and after contacting Vodaphone to say I would sue manager personally, he started to act. Incompetence at the highest level.

Scam SMS
10 Jan 11, daughter's Vodaphone mob received the Nokia 40th anniversary lottery scam text. The mob is not internet enabled, nor does she make many calls or subscribe to any random services. Very suspicious that within days of the Vodaphone security breach story that she received the scam text, and guess what...can't get through to Vodaphone, can't access her account and still waiting for a call back. While our account details are held OS by telcos based in Australia, none of our info is guaranteed secure no matter what assurances they offer, these scams are proof of that.

Deduction of money from balance
Hello,
This is just to bring to the notice of everybody that what a cheat the Vodafone company is and how they don't value their customers. I had been out of India for some time and carried my cell n they automatically activated my international roaming without I being aware of it not only that they deducted Rs99 from my prepaid account even for the next month without any intimation this shows how pathetic the service is I hope some action can be taken against it.

Faulty Goods
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been trying to contact your company (Vodaphone) via internet as the last time I phoned your company I lost all my calling credit as they had me on hold for over 35 minutes.
I purchased a new phone in January from Grimsby Vodaphone shop. in the 3 weeks I had it, it cut out on me 3 times, the final time when I was in Cardiff (Wales). I took the phone to a Cardiff Vodaphone store and they replaced it saying that the battery was faulty. they replaced the phone with a which had been returned via a customer having it surplus to requirements.
Since then this replacement phone has been a constant nuisance causing me to spend more than I previously spent, When I got back to my home in Lincolnshire I noticed this replacement had a slight mark which turned out to be a crack in the glass. If I try to phone someone it will not switch off for up to 5 minutes after the call has ended, It will not switch off most of the time so I have to take the battery out. Then it is difficult to switch on. Over the last few months I have purchased freedom packs of which the last one was purchased on the 20th June 2010, I sent 29 messages and still had 100 minutes leftt unntil yesterday 27th June when I noticed that I required either a new freedom pack (100 minutes and 300 texts). This was ludicrous as I only sent 29 texts, and dare not use the phone as it runs up the minutes that I cannot stop so I have to switch off. I sent an email to your Grimsby branch but they did not have the decency to reply and my wife took the phone in to them and they said I had damaged it, and there was nothiing wrong with it. I am thoroughly disgusted in the after sales service and for me to damage the phone is rubbish. My telephone number is 07810080820 and the telephone is a Sony-Ericksson W205.

Misleading Customer on post paid plan
I am an existing customer of Vodapahone with post paid plan of 444. My number is 9999979963. I was contacted by one MR Raj Chopra of Bigtel IT Solutions, B-103, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi-110020, about 15 days back and informed about a much economical 199 plan which was based on one paisa per second call rate. Mr Chopra told me that I will be provided with a master sim card but my old number will remain active on the new plan. I consented for the scheme and next day a representative of Bigtel came took an ID proof document and Rs 250 and gave me a sim card and a reciept for the money.

The next day I was contacted by the activation service and given a new number (9999958480) for confirming activation. On clearing from them they informed me that this was a separate connection altogether and if i wanted to keep my old number I will have to pay bills for both the number. I informed them that what Mr Chopra told me that my old number will get converted to the new plan and I do not want double connections. I did not get my phone activated

The next day I contacted Mr Chopra on a private mobile number that he had given to me (9015222292) who told me that I should tell the activation service that i agree to the two numbers and later Mr chopra will get the old number converted on the new plan. Smelling foul I told Mr Chopra that i do not agree to telling lies on which he became extremely rude.

I would like action atken against such errant companies hired by Vodaphone whi in their zeal to sell products are making a fool of customers and duping us. I would also like my money back on the plan.
