The problem is that vodaphone has deducted two times 30 rupees for the services of MIS and Voice over Phone Service, Although i've not request for any of the service.

And I've also complaint about that service, one time they give me request number that is-->2122142210 for MIS service.

and i've also complaint about another service that i don't want that service voice over chat, I was put the complaint on 30th, on that day vodaphone server was down and thats why they didn't give any request number but they said that i've forward your number to my senior, But when i confirming on 1st they said it you will return back your money with in 24 hours, but when yesterday i try to confirm, your customer support executive talk with me rudely and said I'm not eductated and even when i call again no one pick my phone and when one executive receive they put my call on hold. on the whole day I'm suffering from vodaphone customer support. Also from my phone I'm not connected to Customer Support when press "9"

After 2 days of trying to get through to customer services for the £20 sim card deal, i had to go through a credit check and was declined. That would be fair enough if i wasnt paying on my bank account and wasnt having one of their phones. They also have the power to cut off the cards services if the direct debit wasnt paid. I have been a customer for years with no problems. The other fact is that nobody said it was on condition of a credit check. I was hoping to save money, now im hoping to switch providers!

is suffering great discomfort and distress caused by the radiation felt physically every day.
I now ask that this that this radiation is stopped or reduced in power output to a level that is non-injurious to neighbour . I may begin legal action if this nuisance and injury caused by the operator

I have had a phone on contract for 2and half month the hand set is awful i did let the company know but they said mt return date had run out so i had to keep it for the 18 mnth agreement. Only last week i could not send or receive messages i phoned the company they put me on to all kinds of solvents do this do that which i did and the problem was still there. In the end i had to take the phone to a shop in warrington i had to pay parking and reschedule my hole day, then i was told that my hand set was at fault and and to be sent away for repair that would take one week when i asked for a curiosity hand set they said i was to pay £20 FOR IT i was not very happy and said i wish to cancel my contract that would cost me 15 mnths line rental. I am over a barrel with it all it is dreadful to think that i would be paying money to some one for nothing i have had to borrow a phone from my friend as i need contact threw my phone its very intimating and you are just stuck in a contract that if you cancel you end up paying for a service that does not exist!

I am having vodaphone prepaid connection. My mobile no. is 9899683070. Vodaphone Company has deducted Rs. 199/- on 10/11/2007 at 4:22:50 stating that monthly charges of Rs. 199 has been deducted from your vodaphone mobile for subscription to vodaphone mobile connect.

When these charges were deducted I had contacted vodaphone on 111 customer care no. and talked to Mr. Rajiv there and informed him about the charged deducted by them and asked him why you have deducted these charges. He advised me to send an SMS for discontinue the service which I did. They sent SMS on 14/11/2007 at 17:48:03 stating that the request for deactivation of vodaphone live on vodaphone mobile has been registered. The services will be deactivated in two hrs.

But to my utter surprise, today also i received a call from vodaphone enquiring how much you spent monthly on mobile we can offer you better plan. I told him that last month also I got a call from vodaphone and Rs. 199/- was deducted by you. The lady on the phone immediately disconnected the line. Being apprehended, I checked my balance It was short by 199/- followed by same SMS as was received by me last month.

Sir, The charges for the services which I am not availing at all have been deducted this month also.

Please suggest me what action I should take in these circumstances Or what help you can provide me in this connection.
