Vodafone USB stick Model K4505Z HSPA+ which was purchased by us on 20 October 2010.
It is now 26 November and we have been back to the Vodashop, Hout Bay 9 times to tell them that
there must be something wrong with the USB. It overheats and bombs out of the internet at least 9 x in 4 hours.
Tried to Skype and it bombed out immediately. The assistants and Manager have told me that they cannot replace it but can send it to a Service Dept and that I had run out of airtime.
I have, due to their incorrect advice, now purchased 3 x 1.2GB airtime over the past 4 weeks.
