From Jan 2008 to Oct 2009 myvoicemailservices was charging me $14.95 as month via my AT&T telephone bill for voicemail services that I did not request or authorize- total of about $330. I am ashamed to say I did not notice it on my phone bill for 22 months. I was on paperless bill and was not carefull enough. In Oct 2009 I saw the unauthorized charges and cancelled the services and requested a refund. THe company will on;y refund me 3 months worth at a total of $44.95. The owed me about $330 back. So even now - I called the company back and they said to put the request in writing to [email protected]. I did that in Oct 2009 and in Jul 2010. Received an email back that said they'll only credit back $44.95, no reason given, and if I have questions to call the 866-473-1981 and they saiy if I have questions or complaints to email [email protected] and tehy just say to call the 866-473-1981 number. I am getting the run around. Was told today to wait 48 business hours by this company for them to research. What is that? Not 48 hours, 48 business hours. Alethea Pearson
