My name is Wahida Irene Akhter and I am living at Calgary, Canada. On July 2009 I have taken voip line from Vois and after that I have realized that they are the worst service provider in Canada. Many times I have complained about their service but they did not care for that. On December 2009 I had to change from their service and request them to cut my telephone line. First of all, before getting service from them on July 2009, I had to give them 75 dollars for security deposit and they told me that it is refundable once I cut the telephone line with them. It can be mentioned that after cut down my line they did not come to take their modem although I phoned them many times. Later on I had complained to several people to VOIS then they sent one person to my apartment and took the modem( I have receipt copy). After gave back to their modem, I have phoned them more than 100 times to get back my security money back which I had given them via cheque on June 2009. Still I did not get my 75 dollars back and they are playing with me. Moreover, they are harrasing me and teasing me with my english accent.
I would like to pray and submit a complain against VOIS. I am a single parent and it is really hard for me to give up even $1 dollar when I am passing my day with financial crisis.
