I want to make a complaint about Readers Digest, for the constant letters/bills in the mail and the harassing phone calls on a daily basis. The letter states that there is a past due bill from account #00235651270 in the amount of $30.70 for a product or purchase of something that I did not receive or have knowledge of. I did not make any order or purchase of any kind from this company, website, or business (nor did I receive anything other then bills) . I have a daughter whom will easily awaken from the sound of the phone ringing due to the harassing calls from the above company. I would surly appreciate it if you take me and my number of your call list. I did not approve or acknowledge anything that is associated with the account order, business, or related website provided above.
