Purchased Vertis Plus Window AC on 10.11.2009 from M/s Vijay TV & Video Home, Guntur, AP bearing No.C101120920109711121130 and this new AC is not giving Cooling from Nov 2009 onwards. Lodged several complaints with the dealer whose service is far from satisfactory. Again through 18004254555 lodged a complaint vide No.10MR1101577 dt 11.03.2010 and 10MR1200237 dated 12.03.2010. Till date the authrosied Technician has not turned up to rectify/replace the AC working without cooling function from Nov. 2009. All our efforts to get it repaired through dealer failed. Please advise the Voltas Company to look into this problem immediately without further inconvenience and displeasure.
