Non servicing of AC machine

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a voltas Window AC -Vertis Premium Single Star, SL NO-C101020211908119120100 on April 2008 from Astik Electronics, Baripada.
The dealer neither arranged any body from company service agent for installation of the machine nor provided any free service as per the 2 nos free service coupon attached with the manual despite of repeated requests.The matter was immediately reported to Voltas web site atleast one year ago.But no action has been taken so far. No body from voltas has talked with me. Now, the machine is creating some problem and i need some servicing.Please help.
