I'm really upset that the management of Von's Supermarket at Pass Ave in Burbank has sanctioned their old manager. Their old manager listened to my requests to stock the popular Java Monster drink, and in very short time, he had it on the shelves.

Unfortunately, the new Von's manager Jessie told me it was an "Unauthorized product", and no longer carries it.

Due to my heath issues, I don't have a choice to go to other stores that stock this product, and Jessie was very very rude to me, when I persistently asked him why he didn't stock it.

I would like to bring this issue up with the corporate headquarters so whoever reads this message, can you please pass this up the "Chain of command" and bring it to the attention of the general manager?

I've been a long time customer of Von's, there are other grocery stores in my area I can shop at, like Albertsons, but I still like to shop there, but really feel put off by the attitude of Jessie, the general manager.
