My Sony Vaio laptop purchased in the month of August 2010 in Boston, MA. I have lost my patience with Sony in trying to resolving the abrupt restarting of the laptop. The problem still persists even after the laptop was shipped to the Sony factory for a week. Before this, I had given the laptop to Sony Style at Copley Place, Boston to address the same problem 4-5 times. Even the Sony Style was not able to resolve this issue.
I certainly have lost trust in Sony. I am not going to buy any Sony products in the future. I want a replacement or refund at the earliest.
