Me and my wife dealt with this company this year and at first we were a bit skeptical. We had signed up with other companies before and wated to be sure what we were doing was the right thing. They apparently know what they are doing. They priced my property at less than anyone else told me but close to what we bought it for. We were also able to advertise the rental on the property to get us 2 additianal checks for our weeks. They are very polite and they helped us sell our property at a reasonable price. They are worth the money. It can take sevaral weeks to do but it pays off.
