It has been over four months since we stayed at a VRBO vacation rental home at Lake Tahoe and they still have not refunded our deposit. Agent won't answer phone and no other way to reach them except through a website and that won't respond either. There was no damage and they have not even provided a response to that effect either. Rental claimed to have wireless internet (no wireless router present), and hot tub (tub could only get to luke warm after several hours). Complained, but once they had the money, no response. Don't trust these people.
