I am totally dissappointed with the VRL rules & Regulation where there is no any alternate arrangement made to the customer if the bus is missed.
As I have booked the VRL ticked from Bangalore to Gulbarga on 06/05/10 for the Non A/C sleeper bus .
When i was nearing to the bus stop in anand rao circle suddenly i found that i have missed some important document in the home.
So i called to the VRL office requesting them to please adjust me in any next bus whichever goes to my route as i cant go to gulbarga without my document then i recieved the information that it cannot be done .I missed the trip & in this way& i lost my Rs 475 & time.
So i request to the VRL management that please do some alternate arrangement to the customer if the bus is missed (As in the evening number of buses are plying after 7.30 pm to the Gulbarga route) or refund the amount or make open ticket for the customer so that all the customer shoud satisfied in the future.
