unauthorized withdrawal
While trying to do a payday loan, a company called VUE3 was recommended to go to. I filled out the information it asked me. Then it stated that I could be billed $99 for application fee for a credit card. I checked no on it. It went to the next page telling you had to do the credit card, then the payday loan. I came off the page and exited out. I found out several days later that I had been billed for $99. When I finally got someone to tell me what happened, they tell me it is for a credit card. She told me that if I didn't want this, then I could do a refund claim. When I did the refund claim, they want to tell me that I should have done this in 3 days. They want to deny me my refund. She said it was my error. That I should have read closer. They are nothing but ripoffs. They also took out $29.91 for liberty discount club. Before they took this out, I received an e-mail from liberty thanking me for joining the club. I e-mailed them back and told them I didn't want to join. A few days later they took out $29.91 from my account. I called them back and told them I didn't authorize them to do this. They told me to fill out a refund. I did and it said I would be notified in 72 hours. I hadn't heard anything from them and don't have my money refunded. I chatted with a live operator today and she tells me I was denied. That it was my mistake. I told her that I didn't authourize them anything and she quit chatting with me. They also had usa shopping club take out $14.00. I did receive my refund from usa shopping club. If it was my mistake, then why did usa refund this. The VUE3 is a ripoff. If you ever see it on the page, don't fill out anything. Get off the page as soon as possible. I think there should be something that could be done about this.
