The track ball on my blackberry was not working right, but it was something I kept dealing with. sometimes it was ok sometimes it acted up. Finally one day I was sick of dealing with it and went to a local VZ wireless store in Dartmouth MA. The manager told me I was over the 1 yr manufactured date. It was 9 days over. They would NOT budge, they would do nothing to help us, without it costing ME money. I have the xtra insurance on the phone. That was going to cost me $50. deductable and forms to be filled out and time without wireless service. We left the store in disbelief and extremely disappointed in the company, the store, the manager and the product.

Approx 2 wks later it was clear to me that VZ had me over a barrel, because I rely so much on my phone. So.. we again went to the store to try and get a phone. We, my husband and I went to the same store and he decided to get a new phone and I took HIS blackberry. They (the sales person) told him they could not transfer pictures or music to his new phone. they were supposed to transfer his contacts to his new phone (the Droid) and transfer my contacts to MY new phone (the blackberry) well, after we got home we realized that they did NOT transfer ANY info to his Droid and MY blackberry and ALL of OUR info on it. (very frustrating) we had to go back 2 days later to get the job done. Besides being without a phone with contacts in it for 2 days the tech told us that you CAN transfer photos and for $20. they would. Well, guess what, the photos never got transfered after they said they did it. This was just one of several bad customer service experiences we have had with VZ Wireless. They NEVER offered so much as an apology or any kind of compensation for our time or the mess up. I am very upset that VZ charges you for everything under the sun that they can charge for, but yet can NEVER compensate you as a valued customer for anything. I am a very unhappy customer and needed to express this to someone... who I hope will listen.
