Be very careful if you deal with this company. So far with in a year the compnay has chaged the name and all phone numbers. The renters were only to contact them with a problem via e-mail... the web page has been gone since May. the phone number is no longer in service... but when the renters did not pay the rent due to an issue they needed taken care of, they were issued an eviction notice on the 16th day of that month. At least W E PM finally contacted them.
The owner has 4 differnt names attached to his SSN...

they treat the renters horrible and you too, that way you cancel and pay the early cancel fee...

before you get mixed up with them, ask a lot of questions...
