On April 18th Saturday i encountered a very bad experience @ this bank! and i called Wachovia and
I made a complaint and have heard nothing from them!
I have phoned twice to get feedback whereas they should
be contacting me! I am the customer. Anyway, i got to the bank about an 1/2 hour before the bank actually
opened to deposit some cash in the customer area (ATM)
and there was no ink pen to write with! So, i guess the branch manager arrived to open the inside door to the
bank! So, she stood outside the door! and i remained on the inside to wait and ask for a ink pen! She asked me to
step outside so that she could enter and i found this to be strange because i am a hard working girl just like
she is and more professional! Usually the outside door is locked and you have to use your bankcard to get in but it was left open and that's not my responsibility to make sure the door is locked before i leave to go home.
I never known anyone to act like this! and i am a dedicated customer! I feel she could have handled the
situation better than what she did! I try to keep my account open in case i need backup! I don't have a lot of money in the bank because i do deal with another bank! I feel that i was mistreated and the first lady who opened the bank! should be dealt with! and right to this day Monday 27th, 2009 i have heard nothing from Wachovia.
