RE: Ruomin Huang
Account No.: 9670006853
To whom it may concern:
Please be advised that our offices represent Mr. Ruomin Huang in the matter of his 2005 Audi A4-4 WAULC68E25A124034 vehicle.
On or about January 12, 2010 Mr. Huang’s vehicle was towed away by US Recovery Inc. for failure of paying his motor vehicle loan owed to Wachovia Dealer Services Inc. who did not notify Mr. Huang for the towing.
On or about January18, 2010 Mr. Huang paid $1, 691.94 to Wachovia Dealer Service Inc. for the amount due.
On or about January 20, 2010 Mr. Huang went to State Line to pick up his vehicle. The vehicle is not drivable due to the broken of Trans Drive Train. This is a 4x4 vehicle. When US Recovery Inc. towed the car, it had to be towed on the platform not to simply pull it with two wheels hanging on the ground. The improper towing had damaged the vehicle and made it not drivable. The estimate for the repair runs from $4, 000.00 to $5, 000.00. In addition, there is storage fee for the amount unascertained at the moment.
US Recovery Inc., as a professional towing company, was aware of the situation. The damage was caused due to the negligent of US Recovery Inc. unprofessional practice. Mr. Huang immediately informed the Wachovia Dealer and US Recovery Inc. But neither of the company would pay any attention or take any responsibility for the damages to Mr. Huang’s car.
