This is to inform you that I booked a Wagon R -Lxi(being booking No.9458 on 14th December, 2009) at Mohan Motor Udyog situated at 226/1, A.J.C. Bose Rd. Kolkata - 700 020.

I have deposited the entire down payment of Rs.57363 (Rs.5000 by cash on 14/12/2009 against receipt No.9458 & Rs.52363 by cheque, bearing No.575942 dt. 26/12/2009 on Axis Bank Ltd. Baguihati branch). The cheque has been debited from my account accordingly.The Axis Bank has sanctioned Rs.295000(Rs.two lac ninty five thousand) but Mohan Motor Udyog denied to deliver the booked car under the scheme "Before 31st December, 2009."

Thus you are requested to take the required action at your earliest convenience and arrange for delivery of the booked car under the above mentioned scheme.
