I HAD PURCHASED A WAGNOR LXI ON 19/05/09 AS PER YOUR INVOICE NO 9001236 DELIVERED AT KANNUR. ON THE FIRST SERVICE ITSELF I HAD POINTED THAT BOTH THE HEAD LIGHTS ARE COVERED BY WATER VAPOURS DURING RAINY TIMINGS AND IT IS DIFFICULT FOR ME FOR DRIVING AT NIGHT.I HAD ALREADY COMMUNICATED THESE MATTERS TO YOUR KANNUR WORKS MANAGER/CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER ALONG WITH PHOTOGRAPHSAND THEY WERE NOT IN A POSITION TO CLEAR THE MATTER. NOW I AM FED UP WITH THIS MATTER AND I AM FORCED TO APPROACH THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES FOR GETTING JUSTICE FOR ME IN THIS MATTER.. BEFORE THAT ONCE AGAIN I AM REQUESTING YOU TO LOOK IN THE MATTER AND SPEED UP THE MATTER
