On June 17th 2007, I bought VEG BOWL with black beans and W Salad with ranch dressing at Wahoo's Fish Taco, 641 Camino de los Mares, San Clemente, CA 92673. The order number was F-0109 issued at 13:15.

I am disappointed because Wahoo's Fish Taco restaurant served me Veg bowl with a hair in it, which ruined my wife and my entire lunch. Also we had your W salad and later that day we got a stomach problem. I doubt the salad or veggie bowl had something stale in it. I complained to store manager and gave a written complain to Roberto Pazcual to take an action. Store manager did reimburse money on Veg Bowl of $6.49 but I never heard from Roberto Pazcual about any action taken to improve their restaurant food.
