i placed an order on wal mart.com thinking i did it early enough..order was placed on a sunday before a monday holiday..i recieved an e mail confirming the order and that it would be delivered between wensday and thursday.. i paid for overnite shipping...APPARENTLY they dont know the term overnite..it was stated it was shipped tuesday.it was shipped fed ex ground..well i tried tracking and no luck...fed ex was no help either even with tracking number..they suck as well... there are no phone numbers to call wal mart about this..you first send a e mail then wait to see if they call you..well i did get a call.. seems like no one knew what the heck was going on and could not locate my package.. they did agree to refund my shipping charges and asked if i wanted a replacement shipment..i agreed but they paid for the overnite..once again they DO NOT KNOW WHAT OVERNITE MEANS. i recieved another e mail stating that this one was shipped on friday and should have it between wensday of this week coming till following friday...WHERE IS THAT OVERNITE. wal mart is lousy..no customer service at all.. they just take your money and do not listen to customers.. i hate wal mart and refuse to shop there locally and now will not do it on line as well... we need another chain to start and take wal mart out..they say they are biggest retailer..well guess what, they are the biggest pain in the you know what.. !!!
