Received a receipt 12/24/09 3:08 pm for my precription. It said enter our monthly cash sweepstakes. This month the cash prise is $3, 000.00. I can not get onto the website and when I call the 800-763-0547 telephone number and give them my survey# 0406-9356-549, they tell me the number is no good !!! I DON'T think this is a very good way to RUN a big business !!
