Not happy with result
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY...VERY DISAPOINTED...i have talked with your company and james on 10/11/10 @ 6:10pm; plus: alex bautisuta 10/19/10; gindrick. i have requested a refund but not satisfied with outcome...this company ***; this company is a fraud...i have never been so mad at any one company before...other companies try to work with and satisfy their customers...i don't think that i will ever order over the phone again...they have really burned me...pat g richmond, va.
I RETURNED EVERYTHING ON 8/22/10...THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED

Scam
This crooked group will charge you every month for items you did not order. When you talk to customer service they WILL lie completely. You will not get a refund or any satisfaction. They are thieves, liars, heartless. Contact the BBB and report these scammers.I ordered only 2 pair of inserts and received everything they offered, even though I said no to everything. When I called they said those would be not charged, they were charged, and again the next month. To top it off the inserts are crap. DO NOT ORDER THIS CRAP, YOU WILL BE SORRY. WALK FIT ARE CROOKS AND HAVE NO TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS JUST VERY GOOD LIARS.

Not getting credit for returned merchandise
Should have read this board before ordering. They sent the product, charged more for freight than it said on TV. I returned by 1st class postage and wouldn't you know it - they just didn't receive my return, so I am not getting credit for the return. Big surprise. I just didn't see why I should have to spend another $10.00 to, in the end, have nothing and have spent $20.00. So, I will NEVER order from them again and I am telling everyone I can find the same and for them to pass it around.

Overcharges
Order 1 pair of walk fit orthotics and was billed twice for orthotics and inserts. Tried to get a confirmation number to returned product. Was given a bogus number and their rep in Customer Service (India) asolutely no help. Was told that it can take 15 days to months before their warehouse can confirmed that the product was received. They are totally ripping off the consumer and the company could care less. I would appreciate it if this complaint can be posted on the web so that others can benfit from my experience. Please do not use WALK FIT!!
