After ordering the walkfit insoles, I started receiving Joint Support Pills. I called to cancel like the paperwork included in the order stated. I continued to receive 2 more shipments after I cancelled. I called the customer service to request a refund and get instructions on how and what I needed to do to stop the shipments and get the refund for the 2 shipments. The first customer rep. I spoke to told me that I would only get a refund for the last order, less the shipping. He continued to tell me that the other order was over 60 days old (11 more days to be exact) and that the company policy would not allow them to refund that order. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused saying the supervisor would only tell me the same thing. Then he told me to call a different number to speak to customer service in Joint Support(1-877-696-9971). The same number I called to get him!!! Well... I called back immediately and got another man that graciously(HAHA) said they would request a refund for the shipping(for only the 1st order) against company policy.
IT IS NOT AGAINST THEIR COMPANY POLICY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
After sending back 2 complete shipments, still in their packaging, I am waiting to see if I can actually get my refund in 4-5 days for at least the 1 shipment.
I have been charged 99.39 for 2 orders including what I had to pay to ship the products back and I will be fortunate to get back 39.99. So... I PAID THIS COMPANY 59.40 TO KEEP THEIR PRODUCTS. THAT IS...IF I GET THE REFUND THEY SAID I WOULD GET.
