The insoles have a lifetime quarantee(It says so on the TV informecial).
I returned the product for an exchane. Sent them a money order for $5.95 as per their instructions on Dec 2010, They received it and cashed it right away(money order # amscot 1581323305 on dec 2010 and never bothered to send me my merchandise. I called the (800-819-6294) number and spoke to a man name blake with an Indian accent and he gave me an account number #4678719 and assure me that he would call me back with good results within 72 hours. nevertheless he never called back. I called again and again and always put on hold forever.
I'm really angry that a company like this takes advantage of the little people. They lie and dance you around without music until you get tired and give up.

Something should be done.
