i purchased tow items for my daughters birthday 4-13-09 a sony walkman and a shirt. the walkman will not stay charged, thinking i could return the walkman for an exchange, without a receipt, i was told no i must have a receipt, also i was returning the shirt, my taste did not agree with my daughter.when leaving the store amn employee ask me if i found everthing, i explained they wont return or exchange my items purchased here without a receipt, he replieied that it not true go ask for a manager, so i did, after waiting 15min i explained this to the manager, he said i must have a reciept, but since i was so paient and not hostle he would exchange it one time, wanting me to return to shop again at sears. i thanked him. he left for 10 min them when returning he said he could not get the ok due to the high volume of theif in the item, he flat out lied to me. i get punished for others stealing. never will i shop again at sears i spend alot their but not any more. i have a call into the local news staion with my concern.
