I purchased a Toshiba lap top from Wall Mart on 12/24/2910 it was not opened or set up online until 1/3/2011 this is when I had Charter set up a wireless router. On 1/13/2011 I took it back to wall mart because it was locking up & just had a black screen . A young lady help me at first who was very good with computers . She decide that it was no good and ask if I had installed a Norton or some type off security . I said yes it was a one time use CD for $159.99 . She could not help me any more so she called a Asst, Manager over he was rude and refused to help me because I was on the phone with my wife and he did not like what I was saying to her about how I felt .He was a young black man from another country. So then the store Manager came out Mathew Ciramella . He looked at the computer and got it to working but he was picking it up from the bottom with his fingers and doping it down like an impatient KID. I did not like this . IT could make things stop working again . I said I wanted it replaced. I was told by him NO, because the one I purchased was on sell for $278.00 AND HE COULD NOT GET THEM ANYMORE! But there was a Toshiba in the store that was almost the same as mine for $389.00, I asked if we could swap it for this on because $389.00 was the original price of mine before it was on sale & that I had already installed A Norton CD that coast $159.99. and was a one time use . HE SAID NO TO TAKE IT HOME TI WAS WORKING FINE NOW ! WELL GESS WHAT IT IS LOCKED UP AGAIN.!!! I do not like the way I was treated by the Wall Mart Managers they were rude to me and I guess the days off the customer is always right are out the window . because Wall Mart is so big they do not care about people any more . I hope this is not true . I have a family of 6 and we buy all off our Groceries, Clothes, and most house hold items from Wall Mart we spend about $1200.00 per month there . This will stop !

I usually shop at Wall Mart instead of Target, but that will now change. I recently bought some merchandise and waited in line 1 hour to return it. There was one out of three registers open. After finally talking to the Manager (RYAN), he apologized. I asked him, "why is it that there are 20 other (purchase only) registers open yet in the return line there is only one?" He had no answer. My answer, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
