Ordered wall sconces in July 2010 for $74.93 payment by credit card. Received confirmation of order then an e-mail was sent to me stating credit card did not go through they requested a personal check to be sent to an address in Lombard, Il. Sent the check to them which they acknowledged receipt of this occurred sometime in August 2010. Never received shipment. Wrote them an e-mail to find out status of order they answered and claimed the shipment was delayed and as soon as same came in they would notify me. This is now September. Still no delivery sent another e-mail asking status of shipment no answer. Now we are in October still no delivery wrote another e-mail requesting cancellation of order and full refund. They answer and state that they will cancel order and refund immediately. Now we are in November, no delivery, no refund. Finally contact BBB and see that there are many complaints against this website for non delivery of merchandise. This company needs to be shut down. People have to be warned of their poor business standards. Thank you.
