This visa card is a joke. I have 6 cards 1 that I can't spend the balance on because they say I have a permentant card which I know I don't have. They take $2.00 everytime I talk to a person. I still can't spend the balance and I guess they will take $4.95 each month till they use all this money. I have never seen such a scam in all my life. When they send permentant cards it has a different card # than the one you bought and you can't tell who it belongs to without a name on it. I will never do this again.
