I have called a number of times since Sept. 19 2008 and have yet to have my card function. I have the temp card and the real card and no one has been able to activate my card. I can not put money on the card and I can not use the card. I have filed a number of complaints with no response. I have submittd a Refrence Escalation Form and was to receive a call within 72 hours. It has been over a week with no call. I am very frustrated and will be forced to contact my legal representative if this matter is not resolved.
I hope that someone will contact me to resolve this problem.
