paid 2.oo to talk to a person and no one answered
I called to talk to a person accepted the charge of 2.oo and nobody answered.I don't want to charged for that so replace it. aI did have 3.3o on my card snd the next thig I knew I had a negative something what was that for?

the amount of money that was add on card is not there
i went to walmart to add money on my walmartmoney card so that i can order something i put $36 .on the card but when i check the card it only had $21.78 on it i call the customer service and they want $ 2.oo just to speak to a customer service, then i call walmart to ask about this mess and they tell me there is not much that they can do about this .when they are the one who sell these cards and the one who take your money to put on these dam cards.this is nothing but a rip off they are going to take this card back and give me back my money.i want to know what happen to my money and what are they going to do about it.

can't receive text bal or a lerts to cell phone as instructed
The prepaid Walmart money card visa has become a mess. I was very happy eith it but now all of a sudden I can't get my bal to my phone per the 96862 number, the daily text alerts that are suposed to del. bal doesn't work. When I called customer service I had to pay a $2.00 fee and then they said they had no control that it was my phone co. that's not true because the walgreens greendot visa works just fine. The problem is with Walmart and this needs to be fixed. This is suposed to be a convience for us the consumer but it has turned into a great hassle. Walmart will be happy to take my money but won't deliver their promises. The card is useless if you can check your bal when you need to. Someone needs to fix this problem or I will take my money somewhere else.

Cant find out where a charge came from
I tried to find out where a charge came from and was charged $2.00 just to get a phone number that was a recording. I feel I have been scamed and Walmart is the scamer!

IMPROPER DEDUCTION
This is crazy I put money on my walmartmoneycard debit card only 51 dollars, try to make a tranaction 1 hour later and its declined only 48.95 balance. Now i paid 4.95 to put money on card, so where did the rest go? Trying to get in touch with them is like pulling teeth and on top of that it is a 2 buck charge which is complete bs. Now I do not know if they check these boards or not but they need to get a E-mail box where you can get a response without being charged. I am going charge off my 48.95 and cut this thing up if they charge me for a call when this error which is clearly theirs.

cannot contact anyone about unauthorized use and payment I made on a bill was denied but its no longer on my card
I've tried to discuss a problem with a payment that I made with my card, when I called to see if it was taken out, my card says that it is and the company that I sent it to says it was denied. I cannot talk to anyone by phone without paying a 2.oo fee and the website they refer you to doesn't allow you to look at your account like it states you can. Also, there are unauthorized monies taken out. What do I do now!

been using my walmart moneycard for paying bills on the phone and buying at walmart and now it just
comes up insufficient funds and i just put money on it.

WALMART MONEY CARD
WAS DEDUCTED FROM 3 TIME FOR A ONE TIME ATM WITH DRAWAL. WAS RE-IMBURSED IMMEDIATELY FOR ONE. STILL WAITING ON OTHER. HAD TO SUBIT LETTER DESCRIBING INCIDENT, ETC. HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH.

wheres my money
it is almost 4 am here in okla and it is 2am in cali. i want to know where is my damn money that was directly deposited to my card if they cant get it on there by 12am central standard time then get out of the business that way i can use t after i get off work at 3 am so for my troubles i want some free stuff. that would be 10 pm your time if you cant do that then im dropping the deposit request.

Getting the card
Activation # told me the card would be here in 4-9 days, after 11 days i was told 7-10 business days, after 14 days i had been charged for not adding money to the card yet they would not send the card and penalized me for not putting any funds on it, Customer service charges you $2.00 to get information that is unrecognizable because it is some non-english speaking person, who cannot respond at all if you ask a question not on their preset quote list. This card is a big joke, there is also no contact information except for snail mail.
