Well the benefit of having a Walmart close to home has no benefit what so ever because I still take a drive to Taylor which is 25 to 30 min. away for better customer service..The DBN. mich. location sucks soooo bad I cant stand to even walk in there..there all rude slow as hell and seem to be all there juss to make there buck..They dont have no compassion or even care for none of the customers that walk in...dosent it go if there is no you theres no me??? On another note to return or exchange n item seems like there customer service employees are ready to fight with you. One occassion I purchused my husband a pair of working boots n wantd to exchange them for a larger size and the lady tried to accuse me that they were worn n mind you my husband could not fit them and they still had all the tags on them..was still wrapped the same in the box and the soles were clean as hell!!! I thought I was gonna have to call a manager n when I looked at the retards tag she was the manager!!lmao! She gave me a problem b4 when I tried to exchange something I received 4 a babyshower gift n said that I would have to take the price of what it was goin for which was a dollar i had the receipt n it cost 20.00+ still did not exchange it for me for another baby item...so instead I kept it n had to give it to somebody else for free instead of getting something for my baby..I hate that store soooo bad I wont even step foot in there if it was an emergency I would rather go to my local cvs n [pay extra $] then to deal with there B/S...
