Walton Motors (Charlie) sold us a Renault Picasso in march 09. He said it was in excellent condition and would come with a 12 warranty. When the car arrived we found the back shelf was missing and the rear wiper blade non-exsistant (Odd as they just gave it a new MOT). To top it all the papers for the warranty were also missing and he assured us it they would be in the post. After several phone calls and left messages, we still have no warranty.
