in 2005 wamu sent us several letters saying we did not have insurance on home. we did we called and talked to their people several times our insurance agent talked to them and called them several times. they still put their insurance on the home 10 times as much as ours . our insurance was paid for the whole year. wamu took out of our house payment their insurance and said our house payment was late.we tried to get this settled but know way would they believe we had the insurance. i started emailing over the next few years and calling and certified mail. after2 or years of this wamu refused any thing from us about the house. we filed with the bbb. they would not do any thing with the bbb. so they go a report wiyh the bbb. against them. so in may of 2005 we bought a home and let them have the moble home back they sold for 11 thousand and we had already paid 35 thousand on it so they lost nothing at all. i tried for a long time to get this done with. we sent stuff to ftc gov. att. general and several others. they where no help. we have all the imformation i sent to wamu now chase has taken over wamu. it is on our credit report we want it off the report. we talked to people from one side of usa to the other end. we have names of some of the people we talk to. we contacted thrift supervision buy no help kerry kilinger. who is on that board and ceo of wamu. if you need any of this we have it.thank you. rkimble. email address [email protected]
